When I started, I weighted about 200 lbs with 23% body fat. After 12 weeks, I weighted 180 lbs. and 13% body fat. In order for one to accomplish this, they would need 3 crucial things: knowledge, inspiration, and drive. Brent was my trainer, and I honestly couldn't have done it without him.
He first helped me with the knowledge of how to set and accomplish my goals. Brent has had a lot of experience and training and knows his stuff. He also inspired me by first showing me how he helped others, and then helped me see my own gains as I went along. But the area he helped me in the most was how he gave me the drive to keep going and not give up.
He was truly interested in my accomplishments. That quality is very hard to find in a trainer. Because of Brent, I have become a healthier person, and I continue to better myself.
